Vallery Lomas is lawyer-turned-baker who won the unaired season of The Great American Baking Show in 2015. Shortly afterwards, she left her job as an attorney to pursue a full-time career in food media. She’s a frequent contributor to New York Times Cooking and has her own Food Network Digital Show “Vallery Bakes Your Questions.” She’s been featured in Better Homes & Gardens, People, The Chew, Food & Wine, Bon Appetit, Food52, Hallmark Channel, and more, and this month she released her debut cookbook, Life Is What You Bake It.
