1. Slit the stingray, brush a thin layer of oil on the banana leaf.
2. Rub some salt, pepper and sesame oil on the stingray and mushrooms, mix in mashed garlic, let marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Grill in the Ninja Foodi Smoke-free Indoor Grill – MAX 8 minutes. Brush/ baste the stingray and mushrooms with Teriyaki sauce, continue to grill for 1-2 minutes or until cooked through. Garnish with spring onion and serve right away.
Note: Do adjust the grilling time according to the thickness of the stingray.
