2 slices Stingray
1 tbsp Cooking Oil
1 Banana Leaf
1 Calamansi

1. Slit the stingray, brush a thin layer of oil on the banana leaf. 


2. Rub some salt and oil on the stingray, coat the stingray with a layer of sambal chili, more at the bottom. Let marinate for 15 minutes.

3. Grill in the Ninja Foodi Smoke-free Indoor Grill – MED 8 minutes. Spread some sambal chili on top, continue to grill for 1-2 minutes or until cooked through. Garnish with some sliced onion, drizzle some calamansi juice and serve right away. 
Note: Do adjust the grilling time according to the thickness of the stingray.
