Nutritious and delicious Mentaiko Salmon rice with a rich, savory and creamy mayo spread on the perfectly grilled salmon fillet, paired with some grilled pineapples and cherry tomatoes. Easily cooked using Ninja Foodi GRILL mode with minimal effort.

1 Salmon Fillet
Salt & Pepper, add to taste
1 heap tbsp Mentaiko
2 tbsp Japanese Mayonnaise
1 tsp Ketchup/ Tomato Sauce
Optional: 2 pcs Pineapple Rings

1. Rub some salt and pepper on the salmon fillet. Preheat Ninja Foodi GRILL mode 3mins.

2. Grill the salmon and pineapples for 8 mins.
3. Mix the Mentaiko, mayonnaise and ketchup, spread on the salmon. Grill for 2-4 minutes. Serve right away.
Note: Do adjust the cooking time according to the thickness of the salmon fillet.
